摘要:为研究腰果壳酚改性酚醛树脂的热降解动力学,首先分别合成了纯酚醛树脂和腰果壳酚改性酚醛树脂,并利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对它们结构进行了表征。采用热重分析法(TG)考察它们的热性能,分别以5、10、15、20℃/min的升温速率将两者从40℃升温至800℃。最后运用Kissinger法对两者的热降解行为进行了动力学研究。红外测试表明,成功制备了腰果壳酚改性酚醛树脂;热重分析表明,纯酚醛树脂有4个明显的失重阶段,其第一阶段的失重峰值温度仅为100℃左右,而腰果壳酚改性酚醛树脂仅有一个明显的失重阶段,且其峰值失重温度在450℃左右;通过Kissinger法计算所得腰果壳酚改性酚醛树脂热降解反应的活化能约为130.15kJ/mol,高于纯酚醛树脂的热降解平均活化能120.42kJ/mol。
In order to analyze the decomposition kinetics of cardanol modified phenolic resin, firstly pure phenolic resin and cardanol modified phenolic resin were synthesized in this paper. The structures of the two kinds of resins were characterized by Fourier transform infrared ( FTIR), and their thermal properties were also analyzed by means of thermogravimetry analysis (TG) from 40℃ to 800 ℃ with the heating speed of 5℃/min, 10℃/min, 15℃/min, 20℃/min respectively. Finally, the decomposition activation energy for each of them was calculated by Kissinger formula. FFIR analysis indicated that the cardanol modified phenolic resin was synthesized successfully. The results of TG indicated that the pure phenolic resin had four distinct stages of thermal weight loss, and the peak temperature of the first stage was only about 100℃. But only one stage of thermal weight loss was observed in the heating process of cardanol modified phenolic resin, and the peak temperature was as high as 450℃ or so. Moreover, the decomposition activation energy of the cardanol modified phenolic resin was 130. 15 kJ/mol, and it was higher than that of the pure phenolic resin, which was 120. 42 kJ/mol.
