摘要:依托港珠澳大桥建设,开展5组钢管复合桩推出试验,其中2组试件设有剪力环,研究钢管内置剪力环、泥皮和防腐涂层对钢管复合桩黏结-滑移性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:考虑剪力环、泥皮和防腐涂层作用的钢管复合桩的平均黏结强度为0.242~0.404MPa;剪力环、泥皮和防腐涂层的存在显著影响了其黏结-滑移性能;剪力环明显改善了钢管的受力和变形,同时增强了钢管与核心混凝土之间的联结,使钢管复合桩的平均黏结强度提高67%,而泥皮和防腐涂层使两者间的黏结强度降低;当剪力环间距为1D(D为桩径)时,泥皮和防腐涂层对钢管复合桩的不利影响可不计,钢管与混凝土两者黏结可靠;在泥皮和防腐涂层作用的条件下,剪力环试件的界面黏结应力沿轴向降低,无剪力环试件界面黏结力沿轴向变化不明显。
To investigate the effects of shear ring,drilling mud skin and anticorrosion coating on the bond-slip performances of steel tubular composite( STC) piles,five groups push-out test of STC piles with different combinations of shear ring,drilling mud skin and anticorrosion coating were conducted,in which two groups with shear ring,relying on construction of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. The results showed that: the average bond strength of STC piles was in the range of 0. 242 ~ 0. 404 MPa,which was increased by 67% because of shear ring. The force and deformation of steel pipe was improved by shear ring,as well as the bond between steel tube and core concrete enhanced,while which was reduced by drilling mud skin and anticorrosion coating. When the spacing of shear ring was 1D( D was pile's diameter),adverse effects of drilling mud skin and anticorrosion coating would be ignored,so the bond between steel tube and core concrete was reliable. The bond stress of STC pile with shear ring reduced along with the axial direction,while the change of which of STC pile without shear ring was not obvious.
