摘要:CDIO是美国麻省理工学院工程教育的一种经典模式.该模式强调工程教育应当关注实践,以科技为基础,以培养新一代高水平工程师为目标.本文探讨了在CDIO教学模式下,教师角色的转换及教学方法改变的意义。通过与传统教学方式的对比,本文认为在工程教育中,教师角色的合理定位与转换,有助于提高学生的学习能力,协作能力,也可以增强教师的教学能力及实践能力。
CDIO is a classic model of American engineering education at the Massachusetts institute of technology, the model emphasizes the engineering education should focus on practice, on the basis of science and technology, in order to cultivate a new generation of high level engineer for the target. This paper discusses the CDIO teaching mode, the significance of the transformation and the teaching method of teachers' role change. By comparing with the traditional teaching mode, this paper argues that in engineering education, reasonable positioning and transformation of teacher's role, help to improve the students' learning ability, cooperation ability, also can improve the teachers' teaching ability and practice ability.
