摘要：本文通过采用极值法对圆柱面工艺尺寸链的建立进行分析并举例说明,指出在建立工艺尺寸链过程中尺寸环大小、基准的设置方法和考虑同轴度误差对建立尺寸链及实际加工过程的影响,以期为同类工艺尺寸链的建立和加工过程提供理论指导和实践参考。
In this paper, the establishment of the dimensional chain of cylindrical surface was analyzed by means of extreme value method and illustrated with examples. It was pointed out that the size of the dimension ring, the setting method of the datum and the influence of the eoaxiality error on the establishment of the dimension chain and the actual processing process in the process of establishing the process dimension chain, in order to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the establishment and processing of the same kind of process dimension chain.
