摘要:钎焊是铝合金连接最常用的方法之一。到目前为止,铝合金钎焊用钎料主要为Al-Si系材料,该类钎料的熔点较高,在焊接过程中极易造成铝合金母材的溶蚀、晶粒长大,导致焊接接头的性能降低。综述了国内外铝合金焊接钎料的主要研究成果,指出了降低焊接温度的难点与问题。
Brazing is one of the most common methods for connecting aluminum alloy. So far, brazing filler metal for Al alloy brazing is mainly Al-Si system material. But its melting point is higher, and it is extremely easy to cause the melting erosion and the grain growth of aluminum alloy base material in the process of welding, which leads to the decrease of the properties of the brazed joints. The main research results of aluminum alloy welding solders in China and other countries were summarized. Difficulties and problems of reducing welding temperature were pointed out.
