摘要：了解大学生的体重指数(BMI)状况及其分布特点,对于制定有效的预防政策和干预措施具有重要意义。该研究以贵州省某高校2020年至2023年期间入学的13478名本科生为研究对象,依据《国家学生体质健康标准》等相关文件对其进行测试。结果显示,该校不同年份、性别和年龄的新入学大学生体重指数均存在显著差异(P<0.01)。新入学大学生的超重和肥胖检出率较高,已达20%左右,并呈现逐年上升趋势。其中,男生的超重和肥胖检出率高于女生,而汉族与非汉族学生之间未发现显著差异。此外,随着年龄增长,超重和肥胖的检出率也相应增加。
This paper to understand the BMI status and distribution characteristics of college students is of great significance to the formulation of effective prevention policies and intervention practices.We selected 13,478 new undergraduates from a university in Guizhou province from 2020 to 2023.Use the National Physical Health Standards for Students and other relevant documents to test the new college students.The results showed that there were very significant differences in the body mass index of new college students of different years,gender and ages in Guizhou Province(P<0.01).The detection rate of overweight and obesity among new college students in Guizhou Province is higher,reaching about 20%,and the detection rate of overweight and obesity is higher than the Han and non-Han;the older the detection rate of overweight and obesity.
