摘要:In order to solve the problems such as high cost of filling mining of traditional paste and filling material along gob retaining roadway, complex construction technology, and insufficient support strength of filling material to meet field requirements, laboratory tests on physical and mechanical properties of materials in all aspects and field application process are carried out. The independently developed high-water materials have the characteristics of good flow performance, fast resistance increase, high early strength and high adaptation to the coal mine site environment. Different proportions of the main material and the initial water temperature have a great influence on the properties of the material. When pH = 11. 8, the strength reaches the maximum and decreases when the pH value is above or below it. When the initial water temperature reaches the critical value of 18 , the peak temperature after reaction is 48 , and the residual strength of the material can reach the best in the early and late stages. When the peak temperature is higher or lower than 48 , the material properties show a decreasing trend. The material strength is greatly affected by whether the material is cured or not. When the specimen is exposed to air for a long time, alkali release occurs, and the overall strength decreases. The different in strength under curing and uncuring is about 2 MPa. A complete set of high-water material side filling system is obtained, which is applied to the coal mine site and achieves good results. ? 2023 China University of Mining and Technology.
