摘要:学术界有关"一带一路"语言人才培养战略区实际上可以分为"全面先行战略"和"有序调整战略",根据语言人才培养规律和沿线国家的实际情况,"全面先行战略"中存在着"夸大非通用语言需求、违反语言培养规律和误解民心相通"等三大问题,应该采用以培养英语、俄语、阿拉伯语和中文等通用语言为主的"有序调整战略"。在此基础上,有必要改进当前的通用语言教学,根据"一带一路"沿线国家的实际情况,增加沿线国家国情、中国国情等内容,在高校实行被国际上广泛证明行之有效的"内容融合教学法"。
This article distinguishes Comprehensive Implement strategy and Orderly Adjustment stragety from language talents strategy related to Belt & Road of academia. Based on the rules of languages talents cultivation and requirements of the countries along the Belt and Road route, this article argues that we should mainly produce lingua franca as English,Russia,Arabic and Chinese and it identifies three problems , which include: exaggerating the requirements of Lingua franca, violating the rules of language cultivation, and misunderstanding people-to-people bond. This article also emphasizes to improve the language teaching by implementing CLIL, which has been proved to be effective worldwide, and increasing teaching contents of introduction of conditions of China and countries along “B&R” in the Chinese colleges.
