摘要:针对A286高锁螺母切削过程中因切削力引起的变形,导致锁紧、拧断力矩变化的问题,基于ABAQUS建立三维车削模型,通过采用J-C本构方程进行模拟,获得不同切削状态下切屑、切削力和应力变化曲线图,应用有限元仿真进一步分析不同切削状态对切屑、切削力和应力变化规律的影响,为A286高锁螺母实际切削加工参数的选择提供参考。
Aiming at the problem that the deformation caused by cutting force in the cutting process of A286 high lock nut leads to the change of locking and screwing torque,a three-dimensional turning model was established based on ABAQUS.The curves of chip,cutting force and stress under different cutting conditions were obtained by using J-C constitutive equation.The finite element simulation was applied to further analyze the effects of different cutting conditions on chip,cutting force and stress the influence of the variation law provides a reference for the selec?tion of actual cutting parameters of A286 high lock nut.
