摘要:针对加工过程中刀具磨损导致切削表面质量恶化的问题,采用不同磨损程度的数控刀片进行了切削试验,以探究在不同切削速度下刀具磨损对切削力、切削温度、切削表面显微硬度和表面粗糙度的影响机制。结果表明:随着后刀面磨损的加剧以及切削速度的提高,切削温度和切削力均逐渐增大;其次,当刀具磨损较轻时,增大切削速度能有效提高加工表面质量;当磨损显著时,切削速度的增加会导致工件粗糙度值增大;此外,当刀具磨损严重时,切削速度的增大会导致材料发生热软化进而使得显微硬度降低。研究将为改善TC4钛合金车削加工表面质量提供理论和试验依据。
To address the issue of deteriorating cutting surface quality due to tool wear during the machining process,cutting experiments were conducted using tool with different wear to investigate the effects of tool wear on cutting force,cutting temperature,surface microhardness,and surface roughness at different cutting speeds.The results indicate that with the aggravation of flank wear and the increase of cutting speed,both cutting temperature and cutting force gradually increase.Furthermore,when the tool wear is slight,increasing the cutting speed can effectively reduce the roughness of the workpiece;however,when the wear is significant,an increase in cutting speed lead to an increase in surface roughness.Furthermore,when the tool wear is severe,an increase in cutting speed lead to a decrease in microhardness due to the material undergoing thermal softening.This study will provide theoretical and experimental basis for improving the surface quality of TC4 titanium alloy.
