摘要：研究了独角莲、山豆根、半枝莲、打不死草醇提物体外对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7增殖活性的影响。Cell Counting Kit-8法(CCK-8法)检测不同浓度(200 mg/m L、100 mg/m L、50 mg/m L、25 mg/m L、12.5 mg/m L、6.25 mg/m L、3.12 mg/m L、1.56 mg/m L、0.78 mg/m L)的独角莲、山豆根、半枝莲、打不死草醇提物对MCF-7的增殖活性的影响。结果表明:独角莲根茎醇提物对MCF-7的增殖有较强抑制活性,IC50为2.08 mg/m L;半枝莲及山豆根醇提物对MCF-7有一定增殖抑制活性,IC50分别为30.5 mg/m L、80.15 mg/m L。
The effects of the Typhonium giganteum,Vietnamese Sophora Root.,Sculellaria barbata and undead grass on proliferation of MCF-7 cells were studied. The cell-growth inhibition of the ethanol extract from several Chinese herbal medicines on MCF-7 was analyzed by CCK-8 method. The result showed that Typhonium giganteum had strong effects of proliferation inhibition and The IC50 was 2. 08 mg / m L. Vietnamese Sophora Root. and Sculellaria barbata also had some effects of proliferation inhibition and the IC50 were 30. 5 mg / m L,80. 15 mg / m L,respectively at 48 h.
