摘要:研究了以硅质量分数50%的铁-硅合金颗粒为原料,在循环镀液超声波作用下,采用双脉冲电镀法制备Fe-Si复合镀层,考察了合金颗粒质量浓度、电流密度、脉冲电流频率、超声波功率等对Fe-Si复合镀层形貌及硅质量分数的影响。试验结果表明,当镀液颗粒质量浓度为50g/L、平均电流密度为2A/dm2、脉冲电流频率为100Hz条件下,镀层硅质量分数达9.67%,镀层表面平整光滑。
Fe-Si composite coating with Fe-Si alloy particles(mass fraction of Si is 50% ) in the cyclic plating solution under ultrasonic and double pulse current were prepared. The effects of particle concentration, current density, pulse current frequency and ultrasonic field on the coatings morphology and the silicon content of Fe-Si composite coating were examined. The results show that under the conditions of particle concentration of 50 g/L, the average current density of 2 A/dm2, and pulse frequency of 100 Hz,the Si content in coating is up to 9.67% ,and the coating morphology is relatively smooth.
