摘要:酚醛树脂(PF)作为重要的摩擦材料用胶粘剂,其热稳定性对摩擦制动材料性能的影响至关重要。为改善传统PF耐热性欠佳的缺点,以腰果壳油、苯酚和甲醛为原料,制备了改性PF预聚体,并对其结构和热稳定性进行了分析。研究结果表明:腰果壳油、苯酚和甲醛三者之间可发生聚合反应,生成腰果壳油改性PF;腰果壳油改性PF的失重过程主要发生在400℃以上,其耐热性明显优于未改性PF;腰果壳油改性PF可用作高温摩擦制动材料的胶粘剂。
Phenolic resin (PF) was used as a important adhesive for friction materials, so the influences of its thermal stability on properties of friction braking materials were crucial. In order to improve poor thermal stability of tradition PF, a modified PF .prepolymer was prepared with CNSL (cashew nut shell liquid) , phenol and formaldehyde as raw materials. And its structure and thermal stability were analysed. The research results showed that the polymerization among CNSL, phenol and formaldehyde could be happened, and a CNSL modified PF was synthesized. Moreover, the mass loss process of CNSL modified PF was mainly occurred above 400 ~C , and the thermal stability of CNSL modified PF was obviously better than that of unmodified PF. The CNSL modified PF could be used as adhesive for high-temperature friction braking materials.
