摘要:介绍了采用高碱性合成渣配合组合添加剂,使用吹氧精炼的方法,在实验室进行了工业硅熔融精炼协同除铁、铝的实验。在精炼过程中不同时间取渣样及工业硅样,使用ICP-MS检测工业硅中主要杂质含量,使用SEM-EDS检测了渣相形貌及渣中可能出现的含铁相。实验结果表明:精炼后工业硅中铁和铝得到了有效去除进入渣相,在渣相中检测到了高铁、高铝协同析出相。实验条件下,经过15 min的精炼,工业硅中铁的去除率为48.5%(从0.627%降低至0.323%),铝的去除率为97.7%(从0.433%降低至0.01%),钙的去除率为79.7%(从0.079%降低至0.016%)。
High basicity synthetic slag,added with appropriate additives was adopted for synergistic removal of Fe and Al from industrial grade silicon via oxygen blowing refining method in laboratory.Slag samples and industrial grade sili-con samples were taken during different periods in the refining process.ICP-MS was adopted to measure the main im-purity elements in industrial grade silicon.SEM-EDS was used to detect the slag phase morphology and possible Fe-bearing phase in the slag.Results indicate that after the refining,Fe and Al in industrial grade silicon were effectively removed and transferred into the slag phase.In addition,obvious Fe and Al-bearing phases were synergistically precip-itated and detected in the slag.In the study,after 15 min refining,the removal rate of Fe from the industrial grade sili-con was 48.5%(reduced from 0.627%to 0.323%).Al was 97.7%(reduced from 0.433%to 0.01%).Ca was 79.7%(reduced from 0.079%to 0.016%).
