摘要：农民合作社是中国现代农业发展过程中新型农业经营的重要主体之一,也是实现乡村振兴的有效载体。以跳石子合作社为例,运用协同理论,阐述了跳石子合作社协同发展的优势,在此基础上围绕跳石子合作社协同发展的主要模式开展了系统分析,研究了跳石子合作社“合作社+龙头企业+项目公司+农户”模式组织协同发展的机制,最后从自愿、平等、盈利以及生态等4个方面总结了农民合作社组织协同发展的要求与经验。
Farmers'cooperatives are one of the important subjects of new agricultural management in the development of modern agriculture in China and also an effective carrier of rural revitalization.Taking the Tiaoshizi cooperative as an example,applying the synergy theory,the advantage of coordinated development for the Tiaoshizi cooperative was elaborated,based on this,a systematic analysis on the main cooperative's cooperative development mode of the Tiaoshizi cooperative was made,the mechanism of cooperative development in the pattern of"cooperative+leading enterprise+project company+peasant household"was studied,and finally,the requirements and experience of cooperative development of farmers'cooperatives were summarized from voluntariness,equality,profit and ecology.
