摘要:详细分析了学生在数控车削实训中出现撞刀现象的原因,得出学生操作中由于对知识点理解不透彻给撞刀留下了巨大隐患,主要体现在不理解走刀轨迹、不理解对刀操作及原理和对操作面板不熟悉三大方面。提出基于翻转课堂的数车实训课堂教学模式改革探索方案,将上述三大方面作为课堂的重点和难点并做成微视频,结合线上线下混合教学以期改变当前课堂教学模式,提高教学质量,避免数车实训中的撞刀现象,更好地维护数控车床。
The reasons for students colliding with knives in CNC turning training are analyzed in detail.It is concluded that students'poor understanding of knowledge points leaves great hidden dangers to collide.Which mainly embodies in three aspects:not understanding the path of tool trajectory,not understanding the operation and principle of finding work piece coordinate system,and not being familiar with the operation panel.Then,it puts forward a plan for exploration on the reform of classroom teaching mode of CNC turning training based on flipped classroom.The above three aspects are taken as the focus and difficulty of the classroom and made into micro-video,combined with online and offline mixed teaching in order to change the current classroom teaching mode,improve the teaching quality,avoid the phenomenon of knife collision in the CNC turning training,and better maintain the CNC lathe.
