摘要：大学生就业压力仍然较大的背景下,高校职业生涯规划教育对于帮助学生就业有重要的指导意义.目前我国的职业生涯规划教育依然存在队伍的专业程度不高、教育教学形式单一并脱离实际、学生主体作用发挥不足等问题,需要通过加强队伍建设、完善课程体系、构建实用性教育平台等方式进行改善,从而发挥出育人的作用.
Under the background of the employment pressure of college and university students,the importance of college and university career planning education is very prominent.However,at present,some issues like the low specialization level of teaching team,simple teaching and unpractical education form,and insufficient students'subjective role are still found in some colleges and universities.We need to give more attention on education by strengthening the team construction,perfecting curriculum system,building a practical education platform and so on.
