摘要:液压系统压力脉动对执行机构精度与性能具有很大影响,因而压力脉动衰减与抑制有重要意义。利用电液比拟的方法,结合K型和H型滤波器各自的滤波特点,提出一种以K型和H型串联的复合式流体滤波器,建立了该流体滤波器的等效电路图。结合液压系统管路动态特性,分析复合式流体滤波器的结构参数和管道长度对插入损失的影响。数值仿真表明:该衰减器与串联的“H+H”型滤波器相比较,在高频部分衰减效果更好,结构更紧凑。改变K型部分直径d2和L4的值会影响低频部分的共振频率点,低频衰减由H型部分主导,高频与K型部分相关,加装衰减器时应适当靠近负载。结合实际工况,合理的选择结构参数,可以达到宽频的效果。
The pressure pulsation of the hydraulic system has a great influence on the accuracy and performance of the actuator mechanism.Therefore,the pressure pulsation attenuation and suppression are of great significance.Based on the electro-hydraulic analogue method,combined with the filtering characteristics of K-type and H-type filters,a branch resonant filter with K-type and H-type series connection is proposed.The equivalent circuit diagram of the fluid filter is established.Combined with the characteristics of the hydraulic system,the influences of the structural parameters of the composite fluid filter and the length of the pipe on the insertion loss are analyzed.The numerical simulation shows that the attenuation filter has better attenuation and more compact structure in the high frequency range than the“H+H”type filter with series connection.Changing the values of the diameters d2 and L4 of the K-type part will affect the resonant frequency of the H-type.The low-frequency attenuation is dominated by the H-type part,and the high-frequency is related to the K-type part.The attenuator should be placed close to the load.Combined with the actual working conditions,reasonable selection of structural parameters can achieve the broadband effect.
