摘要:在高等教育信息化逐步深入的背景下,混合式教学很好的实现了传统教学与网络化教学的优势互补,为高校的教学改革提供了一种全新的思路。本文将探索混合式教学在《发酵工程原理》这门课程中的应用,从混合式教学构建的学习者特征、教学目标、学习内容、学习环境与学习资源、学习活动设计、学生考核评价体系等六个方面,为《发酵工程原理》混合式教学的构建提供思路和方法。同时教学结果显示,在混合式教学模式下,学生成绩以及对该课程的满意度均获得显著提高。
With the information of higher education,the complementary advantages of traditional teaching and network teaching can be achieved by Blended Learning,which provided a new method for the education reform of colleges. The application of Blended Learning in Principle of Fermentation Engineering was explored from six aspects,such as the characteristics of learner,teaching objectives,teaching content,learning environment and learning resources,learning activity design and evaluation system,which will provide ideas and methods for constructing the Blended Learning in Principle of Fermentation Engineering. The data indicated that the students' learning achievement and learning satisfaction were greatly improved using Blended Learning.
