摘要：本文基于CDIO工程教育人才培养模式"做中学"的理念,通过翻转课堂进行有机化学教学实践研究。教学过程以人为本,以学生为中心,融知识传授、能力培养、素质教育全面协调发展。
The aim of this article is perform teaching research of Organic Chemistry through fliping classroom based on ＂Learning by doing＂ philosophy of CDIO engineering education training model. The teaching process is people-oriented, student centered for quality education, and combi-nes knowledge teaching, capacity-building, quality education in one.
