摘要：房地产价格受到地方政府土地政策的影响越来越大。从当前政府土地政策下的土地价格情况来看,土地利益是驱使房产价格居高不下的重要影响因素。本文就政府土地政策与房价二者之间的关系进行研究分析,探讨政府土地政策对房产价格的影响。
Land policy from local government turns to be more and more meaningful to the prices of real estate. Judging from the current land prices under the government land policy, land benefit is one of the important factors keeping the property prices staying high. On basis of its research and analysis of the relationship between the two, the article discusses government land policy's impact on housing prices.
