摘要：对中国目前一些高等院校内部进行的本科生金工实习训练来进行分析,学生在中国目前的培养过程中存在着一定的问题,主要是自身实践素质和经验不足,动手能力相对欠缺。在这种情况下,就需要高校思考较为先进的人才培养模式对其进行改善和优化,并以适应社会发展为主要目标,培养一批具有高素质的人才队伍,为其日后学习和工作奠定坚实的基础。
This paper analyzes the undergraduate metalworking practice training in some colleges and universities in China.There are certain problems in the current training process of students in China,mainly due to their lack of practical quality and experience,and lack of practical ability.Under these circumstances,it is necessary for colleges and universities to think about the more advanced talent training model to improve and optimize them,and to adapt to social development as the main goal,to train a group of high-quality talents,and lay a solid foundation for their future study and work.
