摘要:《发酵工程原理与技术》是我校酿酒工程专业一门专业必修课,为较好地体现课程专业特色,培养合格专业人才,对课程进行了改革与探索。在教学内容上优化教学内容、理论知识与生产实践相结合;在教学方法上积极探索案例教学法、要点突出教学法等,同时还完善了课程考核评价方式,最终取得了较好的教学效果。
The Principles and Technology of Fermentation Engineering is a professional required course for the major of wine engineering of our university. To better reflect the professional features of curriculum and cultivate eligible practical individuals, we performed some reform and exploration for this course. Optimized suitable teaching contents and theoretical knowledge combined with practice were conducted in teaching contents. Moreover, we positively selected case teaching methods and key points elaborately in teaching methods. We also emploied improved coursed checking way. And finally a better teaching result was obtained.
