摘要:结合贵州理工学院“立足贵州、服务地方”的办学定位,贵州欠发达地区的学生学情和本校高素质应用型人才培养要求,将思政元素有效融入井巷工程课程,用中国特色社会主义理论体系武装大学生,用社会主义核心价值体系引领各种社会思潮,把大学生培养成德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。同时结合贵州煤矿特点,在井巷工程课程教学过程中,创新教学方法,综合采用项目驱动+综合创新性项目设计+实践作品制作教学法,培养学生的职业技能和职业素养,使学生获得井巷工程设计和井巷工程施工的基本理论、基本方法和基本技能;能够根据实际工程条件,运用井巷工程科学原理、技术方法,开展科学分析,解决涉及井巷工程的实际工程问题,使他们成为具有较强解决实际工程能力和一定研究能力的高素质应用型人才。
This research is based on the orientation of"based on Guizhou and serving local areas"of Guizhou Institute of Technology,students'academic conditions in less developed areas of Guizhou and the cultivation requirements of high-quality applied talents of Guizhou Institute of Technology.In this paper,ideological and political elements are effectively integrated into the course of Shaft Engineering,arming college students with the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,leading various social trends of thought with the socialist core value system,and cultivating college students into socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,body and aesthetics.At the same time,combined with the characteristics of Guizhou coal mine,the paper innovates teaching methods in the course teaching of Shaft Engineering,and comprehensively adopts project-driven+comprehensive innovative project design+practical work production teaching method to cultivate students'vocational skills and professional quality.This method enables students to acquire the basic theories,methods and skills of shaft engineering design and construction.At the same time,students can carry out scientific analysis and solve practical engineering problems related to Shaft Engineering by using scientific principles and technical methods of Shaft Engineering according to actual engineering conditions,so that they become high-quality applied talents with strong ability to solve practical engineering and certain research ability.
