摘要:采用系统综述方法,全面梳理了人工智能与大数据在土地整治前期调查、规划设计、实施监管及效益评估等方面的应用现状,揭示了当前面临的多源数据融合难、算法泛化能力不足、基层应用落地困难及制度配套不完善等关键问题。基于此,从数据治理、算法优化、业务融合与政策制度四个维度凝练提出构建智能化整治体系的路径。指出推动上述四维协同发展,是构建智能化土地整治体系,实现其向智能化、精细化与可持续方向转型的关键路径,也为相关领域的理论创新与实践探索提供了重要参考。
Adopting a systematic review approach,this paper comprehensively examines the current applications of artificial intelligence and big data in various stages of land consolidation,including pre-survey,planning and design,implementation supervision,and benefit evaluation.It reveals the key challenges,such as difficulties in multi-source data fusion,insufficient algorithm generalization a bility,challenges in practical application at the grassroots level,and imperfect supporting systems.Based on these challenges,the paper proposes a path to build an intelligent land consolidation system from four dimensions:data governance,algorithm optimization,business integration,and policy systems.It points out that promoting the coordinated development of these four dimensions is the key to building an intelligent land consolidation system and achieving its transformation towards intelligence,refinement,and sustainability.It also provides an important reference for theoretical innovation and practical exploration in related fields.
