摘要：绿色建筑作为行业发展趋势,建筑节能是其所考量的关键指标。首先系统研究国内产业的建筑节能现状及问题所在,对现代绿色建筑的节能技术与节能材料进行分析。并从材料应用、技术使用及全生命周期理念等3个层面出发,结合传统房屋建筑,与现代绿色建筑开展建筑节能对比。最后,提出应从4个层面推动现代绿色建筑的节能发展。
As the development trend of green building industry, building energy saving is the key index it considers. Firstly, the paper systematically sorted out the current situation and problems of building energy conservation in domestic industries. Based on this, energy-saving technology and energy-saving materials of modern green building are analyzed. And from the three aspects of material application, technology use and life cycle concept, it compare the building energy saving with the modern green building combine with the traditional building construction. At last, the paper puts forward that we should promote the energy saving development of modern green building from four aspects.
