摘要:针对生鲜产品易腐、易损等特点,为提高生鲜供应链整体运行效率,保障产品鲜活程度,通过分析射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)技术应用对供应链的影响,提出了一种基于RFID技术的生鲜产品供应安全溯源体系;设计了一套适用于生鲜产品的RFID标签EPC编码规则,应用于生鲜供应生产方、渠道方、消费方等全生命周期的数据采集、传输、处理;根据生鲜产品供应安全溯源功能需求分析,建立了一种生鲜溯源系统实体模型,基于B/S、C/S架构进行了系统的设计与实现,有利于提高消费者信任度,实现生鲜产品的产销专业化。
In view of the perishable and vulnerable characteristics of fresh products,to improve the overall operation efficiency of fresh supply chain,ensure the freshness of the product.By analyzing the impact of Radio Frequency Identification technology on supply chain,a new product supply safety tracing system based on RFID technology is proposed.Design a set of RFID tag EPC coding rules for fresh products,and it is applied to the data collection,transmission and processing of the whole life cycle,such as the supplier,channel party and consumer.According to the analysis of the supply safety traceability function of fresh products,a physical model of fresh traceability system was established,and the system based on B/S,C/S architecture,it is helpful to improve consumer trust and realize the production and marketing of fresh products.
