摘要:304不锈钢塑性好,韧性高,切削过程中温度高,刀具易磨损。为了提高刀具的切削性能,设计了微槽刀具,通过切削仿真和实验,发现微槽刀具主切削力减少不低于15%,进给抗力减小超过10%,刀具切削的摩擦能减小12%,剪切能减小15%。由于前刀面微槽的作用,使刀具等效前角增大,刀-屑实际接触的面积减小,减小了刀-屑间的摩擦,切削力减小,切削温度降低,提高了刀具的切削性能,为刀具的创新设计提供了理论指导和实验依据。
304 stainless steel has good plasticity,high toughness,high temperature in the cutting process,and the tool is easy to wear.In order to improve the cutting performance of the tool,In order to improve the cutting performance of the tool,a micro grooved tool is designed.Through the cutting experiment,it is found that the main cutting force of the micro grooved tool is reduced by at least 15%,the feed resistance is reduced by 10%,the cutting friction energy is reduced by 12%,and the shear energy is reduced by 15%.Due to the action of the micro groove on the rake face,the equivalent rake angle of the tool increases,the actual contact area of the tool chip decreases,the friction between the tool chip decreases,the cutting force decreases and the cutting temperature decreases.The friction energy and shear energy are reduced,which provides theoretical guidance for the innovative design of cutting tools.
