摘要:为了提高航空发动机喷嘴喷雾性能,利用多相流技术和雷诺应力湍流模型,对离心式喷嘴的副油路进行数值模拟,并将出口流量模拟结果与实验数据进行对比,两者结果吻合良好。模拟结果表明:对旋流槽等喷口附近区域进行网格细化可以得出与实际相符的流体对称分布仿真结果;92°锥角的喷嘴喷雾分布、雾化角优于90°锥角,改变喷嘴内部锥度可以改善其雾化特性。
In order to improve the spray performance of aero engine nozzles,multiphase flow technology and Renault stress turbulence model are used to simulate the auxiliary oil path of centrifugal nozzles,and the results of the exit flow simulation are compared with the experimental data.The results are in good agreement.The simulation results show that the mesh refinement of the area near the nozzle such as the swirling groove can result in the simulation results of fluid symmetry distribution that is consistent with the actual experimental data.The spray distribution and atomization angle of the 92°degree cone angle are better than those of the 90°degree cone angle,so it is concluded that changing the internal taper of the nozzle can improve its atomization characteristics.
