摘要:This study designed and synthesized a series of dehydroabietic acid derivatives containing amide groups. Bioactivity tests demonstrated that these compounds exhibited remarkable antibacterial properties. Notably, compounds P1 and P3 exhibited promising in vitro antibacterial activity against Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzicola (Xoc), with half-maximal effective concentrations values of 52.8 and 51.4 mg/L, respectively. In addition, compound P9 exhibited an excellent antibacterial effect against Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri, achieving 69.6% inhibition at a concentration of 100 mg/L. Furthermore, P3 effectively inhibited Xoc growth by increasing bacterial membrane permeability, leading to changes in cell morphology.
