摘要：介绍了金属镓的分布、生产及利用现状,针对目前国内金属镓存在的问题进行详细探讨,主要包括回收利用少、高纯镓发展弱、再生镓生产落后、镓消耗量低等,建议应加大对镓废料的回收、高纯镓的制备技术以及其高端产品的研究和应用等,以提高高纯镓的产量,减少镓的消耗,扭转我国高价进口高纯镓的局面。
The distribution,production and current situation of the metal ga llium are introduced.In view of the existing problems in domestic gallium,mainly including less recycling,weak development of high purity gallium,backward production of regenerated gallium,low consumption of gallium,it is suggested that the recovery of gallium waste,the preparation technology of high-purity gallium and the research and application of high-end products should be increased,in order to improve the yield of high-purity gallium,reduce consumption of gallium,reverse the situation of China＇s imported high-purity gallium.
