摘要:为了提高重型液力自动变速器闭锁润滑油路的油压动态特性,基于对该部分调压系统工作原理分析,使用AMESim软件建立闭锁润滑液压系统仿真模型。改变阀芯质量、弹簧预紧力、弹簧刚度、控制腔阀芯直径参数,对变矩器压力调节阀、润滑压力调节阀油压调控动态特性影响进行仿真分析。最后采用遗传算法,对影响变矩器压力调节阀、润滑压力调节阀油压调控动态特性较大的结构参数进行优化。优化结果表明:优化后的变矩器压力调节阀、润滑压力调节阀调压过程中油压波动幅度明显减小,油压达到稳定所需时间也明显减少。
In order to improve the oil pressure dynamic characteristics of the lock lubricating oil circuit of the heavy-duty hydraulic automatic transmission,based on the analysis of the working principle of the pressure regulating system,the simulation model of the lock lubricating hydraulic system was established by AMESim software.Simulation analysis of the dynamic characteristics of torque converter pressure regulating valve and lubrication pressure regulating valve were taken from different valve core mass,spring pretension force,spring stiffness and control cavity valve core diameter parameters.Finally,genetic algorithm was used to optimize the structural parameters which affected the dynamic characteristics of torque converter pressure regulating valve and lubrication pressure regulating valve.The optimization results show that the oil pressure fluctuation range of the optimized torque converter pressure regulating valve and the lubricating pressure regulating valve is significantly reduced in the process of pressure regulation,and the requiredtime to stabilize the oil pressure is also significantly reduced.
