摘要:采取硫酸、磺化煤油、十二水磷酸钠和硫化钠等耦合技术对飞灰进行净化处理,再结合水洗工艺研究了贵州与云南两地某发电厂的垃圾焚烧厂飞灰中的重金属Zn、Pb、Cu、Ba和Cl去除效率。结果表明,Na_(2)S与Na_(3)PO_(4)·12H_(2)O的最优掺量分别为0.32 mmol和15 mmol,此时贵州中的重金属和氯的去除效率分别为98.11%,61.36%,90.3%,97.75%和94.37%,其去除率比较:Zn>Ba>Cl>Cu>Pb;云南中的重金属和氯的去除效率分别为96.05%,59.78%,87.59%,94.86%和87.42%,去除率比较:Zn>Ba>Cu>Cl>Pb。由XRD及SEM-EDS数据分析得出,飞灰净化后主要成分为Ca(OH)_(2)、NaCl和KCl等,重金属离子Zn、Pb、Cu、Ba含量明显减少。垃圾焚烧飞灰经过净化处理后,锌、铜、钡重金属离子和氯离子均达到了GB 16889—2024和HJ 1134—2020的标准含量要求。
The removal efficiency of Zn,Pb,Cu,Ba and Cl from fly ash of a power plant in Guizhou and Yunnan were studied by the coupling technology of sulfuric acid,sulfonated kerosene,sodium phosphate dodecahydrate and sodium sulfide.The experimental results showed that the optimal dosages of Na_(2)S and Na_(3)PO_(4)·12H_(2)O were 0.32 mmol and 15 mmol,respectively.At this time,the removal efficiencies of heavy metals and chlorine in Guizhou were 98.11%,61.36%,90.3%,97.75%,and 94.37%,respectively.The comparison of removal efficiencies was as follows:Zn>Ba>Cl>Cu>Pb;the removal efficiency of heavy metals and chlorine in Yunnan is 96.05%,59.78%,87.59%,94.86%,and 87.42%,respectively.The comparison of removal rate is:Zn>Ba>Cu>Cl>Pb.According to XRD and SEM-EDS data analysis,the main components of fly ash after purification are Ca(OH)_(2),NaCl and KCl,and the contents of heavy metal ions Zn,Pb,Cu and Ba are significantly reduced.After the waste incineration fly ash is purified,the content of Zn,Cu,Ba heavy metal ions and chloride ions meet the standard requirements of GB 16889—2024 and HJ 1134—2020.
