摘要:为了构建以企业需求为目标的地方性创新人才育人培养模式,加快推动学科交叉、产教融合,针对过程装备与控制工程专业,提出了专业建设“四共同”、课程体系建设“五层次”及“四年进阶式”第二课堂实践学习的产教协同育人模式。该教学模式下,理论和实践教学资源得到了优化升级,师生共创教研设备,教学资源和实验设备成功应用于高校本科教学、教师科研及贵州省过程工业产业中。经实践证明,该教学模式对增强学生工程实践能力和创新意识具有重要意义。
To build a localized innovative talent cultivation system aimed at meeting enterprise needs,and to accelerate the promotion of interdisciplinary studies and industry-education integration,a collaborative education model for talent cultivation was proposed for the Process Equipment and Control Engineering major.This model features"four co-operations"for major development,a"fivelevel"curriculum system,and a"four-year progressive"second classroom practical learning approach.Under this model,theoretical and practical teaching resources have been optimized and upgraded.Faculty and students collaboratively develop teaching and research equipment,and the resulting teaching resources and experimental equipment have been successfully applied in university undergraduate teaching,faculty research,and process industries in Guizhou Province.Practical outcomes demonstrate that this model is of great significance in enhancing students'engineering practice capabilities and innovative awareness.
