摘要:采用大掺量(≥60%,质量分数)粉煤灰替代水泥制备砂浆试件,测试、分析了不同粉煤灰品质、掺量及石灰掺入对砂浆力学性能和干燥收缩率影响,并与基准砂浆性能进行了比较.结果表明:相同掺量下(60%),粉煤灰品质的改变对砂浆力学性能影响不大,I级灰FA1-60型砂浆28 d抗压、抗折强度仅仅比FA3-60型提升了13.8%和8.8%.60%粉煤灰掺入时,抗折强度基本接近基准砂浆水准,但其抗压强度却存在一定幅度降低.当粉煤灰掺量进一步提升,砂浆的力学性能会产生显著下降,98%粉煤灰掺量的砂浆试件28 d抗压、抗折强度仅有0.69、0.24 MPa.适量石灰的掺入能对粉煤灰-水泥砂浆的力学性能起到一定的促进作用.此外,干缩测试结果显示:大掺量粉煤灰替代水泥,会使砂浆的干缩率产生明显提升,而石灰的掺入能对砂浆的干燥收缩起到一定的控制作用.
Fly ash was used instead of cement to prepare mortar in a high content(≥60%),and the effects of fly ash quality,content and lime addition on the mechanical properties and drying shrinkage of mortar were tested.The results show that fly ash quality change has little influence on the mechanical properties of mortar,the compressive strength and flexural strength of FA1-60 were only 13.8%and 8.8%higher than FA3-60.The flexural strength of mortar with 60%content of fly ash was close to reference cement mortar,but the compressive strength has a certain reduction.However,the mechanical properties of mortar will be significantly reduced with the increase of fly ash content,the compressive and flexural strength of mortar with 98%content of fly ash for 28 days only 0.69 and 0.24 MPa.The addition of appropriate amount of lime can promote the mechanical properties of fly ash-cement mortar.In addition,the drying shrinkage of mortar was significantly increased by the addition of large amount of fly ash,and the addition of appropriate amount of lime can restrain the drying shrinkage of mortar.
