摘要:为探讨紫茎泽兰叶片化感作用对荞麦种子萌发的影响,采用培养皿滤纸法,以甜荞麦和苦荞麦为受体,研究紫茎泽兰叶片水提液处理后种子发芽率、发芽指数和化感效应敏感指数(RI)等指标的变化。结果表明:甜荞麦种子发芽率、发芽指数均随水提液浓度的增加呈先升后降的趋势,在较高浓度(1.70%和2.50%)时有显著和极显著抑制作用,且RI显示其受到低促高抑的化感效应;而苦荞麦种子发芽率、发芽指数均随水提液浓度的增加表现出先降后升,在较低浓度(0.25%和0.80%)时有显著和极显著的抑制作用,且RI显示其受到低抑高促的化感效应。一年生紫茎泽兰叶片水提液对荞麦种子萌发的影响强于多年生。
To investigate the allelopathic effect of E.adenophorum leaves on seed germination of buckwheat,using dish filter paper method,the changes of germination rate,germination index and allelopathic effect sensitive index(RI)of water extract from leaves of E.adenophorum treated ware studied.Results:Seed germination rate and index of F.esculentumfirst increased and then decreased with increasing water extract concentration.The annual leaf water extract with higher concentration(1.70%and 2.50%)was of significant or very significant inhibition effects,which exhibited its pro-high suppression of allelopathic effect. While the seed germination rate and index of F.tataricum first decreased and then increased with increasing concentrations of water extracts.Annual and perennial leaf water extracts at lower concentrations(0.25%,0.80% and 1.70%)were of significant and highly significant inhibition effects.The allelopathic effect of F.tataricum seeds showed significantly lower inhibition high promote phenomenon.Overall,the effect of annual water extract from leaves of E.adenophorumon the seed germination of F.esculentumand F.tataricum was stronger than the perennial ones.
