摘要：“村系列”体育赛事为乡村振兴战略注入新动能的同时亦暴露出一系列的风险隐患。运用田野调查等研究方法,以乡村体育赛事的发展隐患为切入点,系统梳理“村系列”体育赛事的风险隐患和深层原因,并提出应对策略。研究认为,目前我国“村系列”体育赛事面临的村民赌博风险、身份造假风险、赛事安全风险和商业介入风险,表现为赌球现象兴起、参赛资格造假、安全保障失范和资本渗透比赛等。风险隐患的归因:农村社会结构变迁与民俗活动渐弱的复合影响、锦标主义的金牌至上观滋生球员参赛资格造假、群众安全防范意识与官方安保队伍能力较低、赛事品牌吸引与农村办赛资源匮乏的综合作用。为进一步促进“村系列”乡村体育赛事发展,未来应加强农村精神文明建设,构建村民赌球防范体系与预警机制;聚焦赛事乡土本位价值,确保政府治理赛事的服务保障意识;强化赛事安全监督管理,完善赛事安全应急管理的顶层设计;加强赛事商业介入监管,构建乡民自筹与社会共建保障机制。
“Village Series”sports events have injected new momentum into the rural revitalization strategy,they are also faced with a series of risks.Adapting field investigations,developmental risks of rural sports events as a starting point,this paper examines the risks and underlying causes of“Village Series”sports events and proposes relative countermeasures.It is held that the current risks include gambling among villagers,identity fraud,event safety risks,and commercial interference,manifested in the rise of betting,falsification of participant qualifications,inadequate safety measures,and capital infiltration into competitions.The causes of these risks are attributed to the combined effects of changes in rural social structures,the decline of traditional folk activities,the pursuit of medals under the influence of medal supremacy leading to falsified participant qualifications,low public safety awareness,insufficient capabilities of official security teams,and the interplay between the attraction of event brands and the lack of resources for hosting events in rural areas.To further promote the development of“Village Series”sports events,the construction of rural spiritual civilization needs to be strengthened and a preventive and warning mechanism to prevent gambling among villagers should be built.The values of local sports events need to be highlighted.The governmental service-oriented governance should be adopted.The safety supervision and management mechanism should be improved.The top-level design of security and emergency management should be emphasized.The regulation of commercial interference should be reinforced.A funding mechanism combining self-financing by villagers and social co-construction should be built.
