摘要:由于大量既有建筑的老化或损伤,既有建筑结构的维修和加固的市场需求越来越大,因而其逐渐形成为一门新兴学科快速发展。本文在分析了传统建筑结构加固方法的基础上,对砌体结构不同裂缝的成因进行了分析研究,并提出了相应的修复加固方法。进而,以一栋4层砌体办公楼建筑为工程背景,现场考察并分析其裂缝形成的原因,由于其地基出现不均匀沉降导致墙体出现大面积裂缝,为此制定了对应的修补加固方案,取得了良好的效果。
There was demand for existing buildings of maintenance and reinforcement market due to a large number of buildings ageing and damaging,thus it becomes a new discipline and develops rapidly.Firstly,the commonly reinforcement methods of building structure aresummarized and analyzed. Then for masonry structure damage,the formation mechanisms of different cracks in masonry structure have been studied and the corresponding methods are proposed in this study. Furthermore,a four floors masonry office building has been taken as an example. The causes of cracks formation are obtained through site investigation and analysis. Due to the foundation of office building uneven settlement,many cracks are generated in the walls. Therefore an appropriate reinforcement scheme is designed to repair the building and good results have been achieved.
