摘要:针对某AGV台车回转过程平顺性差、响应滞后的问题,从动力学理论上对传动机构进行了分析,拟将多级齿轮传动替换为齿轮齿条传动。利用ADAMS软件建立了台车虚拟样机模型,分别以输出齿轮的转速、位移和啮合力为对比指标,对两种方案的传动部分进行了动力学仿真分析。结果表明原方案动态特性较差,与实际情况互为印证;改进方案的3个主要指标均优于原方案,可以较好地改善台车回转时的平顺性,减少累积误差并提高响应速度。分析结果为改进实物样机提供了有效的指导意见。
Aiming at the problems of poor ride comfort and delayed response in the rotary process of a AGV trolley,the transmission mechanism is analyzed from the dynamic theory,and the multistage gear transmission is replaced by gear rack transmission.A virtual prototype model is established by using ADAMS software,and the dynamic simulation analysis of the transmission parts of the two schemes is carried out by comparing the speed,displacement and meshing force of the output gear.The results show that the dynamic characteristics of the original scheme are poor and confirm each other with the actual situation,and the three main indexes of the improved scheme are better than the original scheme,which can improve the ride comfort,reduce the cumulative error and improve the response speed.The analysis results provide effective guidance for improving the physical prototype.
