摘要：研究表明火龙果花具有抗氧化、降血糖的作用,营养价值极高。研究火龙果花具有很大的意义,本文对火龙果花干燥工艺进行综述,为火龙果花干燥工艺研究提供方法参照和理论依据,确定一条干燥火龙果花的最优工艺路线,开发火龙果花系列产品,进而为火龙果花带来更大的经济效益。
Studies have shown that dragon fruit has antioxidant,hypoglycemic effect,high nutritional value. In this paper,the drying process of the fruit of the dragon is summarized,with a view to provide a method reference and theoretical basis for the study of the dry process of the fruit of the dragon,to determine the optimal route of a dry fruit,and to develop the dragon fruit Flower products,and then to bring greater economic benefits.
