摘要:为了得到新型气膜煤棚在低温下的物理力学性能,选取PVDF织物类常用新型煤棚膜材为研究对象,对其剥离强度、拉伸强度、耐低温性能和低温耐折性能进行了系统分析。试验结果表明,低温下检测的剥离强度和拉伸强度实际参数都与标称参数相符合,在低温-10^-50℃时,膜材涂层表面没有发生开裂现象,而且耐折性能较好,低温极限甚至达到-60℃。试验结果对新型气膜煤棚在我国北方冬季低温环境下推广应用具有重要参考价值。
In order to obtain the physical and mechanical properties of the new gas film coal shed at low temperatures,a new type of PVDF fabric-type coal shed membrane material was selected as the research object,and its peel strength,tensile strength,low temperature resistance and low temperature flexural performance were systematically analyzed.The experimental results showed that the actual parameters of peel strength and tensile strength tested at low temperature were in line with the nominal parameters.At low temperatures of -10 to -50℃,there was no cracking on the surface of the film coating,and the folding resistance was better.The low temperature limit even reached -60℃.The experimental results had important reference value for the promotion and application of the new gas film coal shed in the winter low temperature environment in northern my country.
