摘要:目的研究3味中草药(金银花、蒲公英、紫花地丁)不同组合的水提取液的抗菌和抗癌活性。方法微孔浊度法检测三种药材不同组合的水提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽胞杆菌、大肠杆菌生长的抑制作用;MTT法检测水提取液对白血病细胞K562、前列腺癌细胞PC3、乳腺癌细胞MDA生长的抑制作用,并用流式细胞术及倒置荧光显微镜检测其对癌细胞的诱导凋亡作用。结果不同组合的3味中药水提取液均具有一定的抗菌及抗癌活性;3味中草药同等质量组合的水提取液的抗菌活性和抗白血病细胞K562生长作用最强,且能显著诱导K562细胞凋亡。结论 3味中药等质量组合的水提液的抗菌和抗癌活性最强,抗癌作用具有选择性。
Objective To evaluate the antibacterial and anticancer activities of the aqueous extract of different combinations of three Chinese herbs (Flos Lonicerae, Dandelion, Viola yedoensis ). Methods The antibacterial activity against three bacteria Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis of the aqueous extract was determined by turbidimetry assays; the anticancer activity for leukemia cells K562, prostate cancer ceils PC3 and breast cancer cells MDA of the extract was assayed by MTT methods, and activity of cell apoptosis induction was further detected by flow cytometry and fluorescence microscope. Re- sults Different combinations of the aqueous extract could inhibit the growth of both bacteria and cancer ceils in different extent, the best activity of the extract was combined with three herbs in same quantity, which was showed significantly apoptosis induction of K562 cells. Conclusion The aqueous extract of the three herbs combined with equal quantity had potent antibacterial and anti- cancer activity. Moreover, the anticancer activity had selectivity.
