摘要：独脚金内酯是一类新型植物激素,既能影响植物生长发育,还能释放到植物根部周围影响根际微生物和寄生植物生长。对不同质量浓度的独脚金内酯GR24影响蜜环菌生长的情况进行分析,结果显示添加GR24可促进蜜环菌的分枝形成,促进液体培养基培养时形成的菌丝球直径增大;但在质量浓度较低(<2.0μg·L^(-1))和质量浓度较高(>2.0μg·L^(-1))时抑制蜜环菌的生长;添加GR24的质量浓度为2.0μg·L^(-1)时为最佳,此条件下促进蜜环菌生长,分枝菌索数最多,分枝率最高,菌丝干质量和菌丝多糖含量均增加。
Strigolactones is a new class of plant hormones,which can not only affect plant growth and development,but also release around plant roots to affect the growth of rhizosphere microorganisms and parasitic plants.The effects of different mass concentrations of strigolactones GR24 on the growth of Armillaria mellea were analyzed.The results showed that the GR24 could promote the branching of A.mellea and increased the diameter of mycelium pellets formed in liquid medium culture,but it would inhibite the growth of A.mellea at low mass concentrations(<2.0μg·L^(-1))and high mass concentrations(>2.0μg·L^(-1)).The optimal concentration of GR24 was 2.0μg·L^(-1).Under this condition,A.mellea growth can be promoted,the number of rhizomorphs with branches and the branching rate were the highest.The dry weight and polysaccharide content of mycelia were both increased.
