摘要:为确定地应力作用下大断面隧道爆破掏槽孔的最优布设角度,基于爆破裂纹扩展特征,提出了地应力作用下最优致裂角和掏槽角的理论计算方法,以云南省鲁甸县至巧家县高速公路共和村隧道为依托,结合ANSYS/LS-DYNA数值仿真软件对不同模拟工况下的掏槽爆破效果进行了对比分析,给出了最优参数,并进行了现场试验验证。结果表明:共和村隧道研究段的最优致裂角和掏槽角分别为70°和65°,理论计算与数值模拟结果基本吻合;采用优化后的高能减孔爆破方法,研究段上台阶爆破每循环钻孔数量减少约15%,钻孔时间平均节约14 min,超欠挖控制效果较好。研究结果可为类似大断面隧道的爆破参数设计与施工提供参考。
To determine the optimal placement angle of blasting hollowing holes in large section tunnels under the effect of in-situ stress,based on the characteristics of blasting crack expansion,a theoretical calculation method of the optimal fracturing angle and hollowing angle under the effect of in-situ stress is proposed.Based on the Gonghe Village Tunnel of Ludian County to Qiaojia County Expressway in Yunnan Province,a comparative analysis of the effect of hollowing and blasting under different simulation conditions was carried out using ANSYS/LS-DYNA numerical simulation software.The optimal parameters were given,and field tests were carried out to verify the results.The results show that the optimum fracturing angle and hollowing angle for the study section of Gonghe Village Tunnel are 70°and 65°,respectively,and the theoretical calculations and numerical simulation results are basically in agreement with each other.By using the optimized high-energy reduced-hole blasting method,the number of drill holes per cycle of step blasting in the study section is reduced by about 15%,the drilling time is saved by an average of 14 min,and the control effect of over-undercutting is better.The results of the study can provide a reference for the design and construction of blasting parameters for similar large section tunnels.
