摘要：目的研究乙烯基二肽类似物对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞株生长抑制作用。方法 MTT法测定乙烯基二肽类似物对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞株生长抑制率。结果 3a、3c乙烯基二肽类似物对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞株生长有一定的抑制作用。
Objective To research the inhibitory effect of the polysaecharide from vinyl dipeptides analogues on human breast cancer MCF-7 cells. Methods The proliferation of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells was detected by MTT assay. Results The MTT results showed that compound 3a, 3c can inhibit growth of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells.
