摘要：在大学的教学过程中,教学方法的使用十分关键,改革创新是“大先生”的标志,教师只有不断地刻苦钻研,不断丰富学识,才能锤炼好立德树人的基本功。传统的“填鸭式”“朗读式”教学方法是把学生教育成“低头族”的罪魁祸首。围绕“大先生”的教学方法提升,不断地进行教育理念的改革,构建以学生为“主人翁”“大先生”能力提升为导向、讨论式教学方法为开关的“以人为本”的翻转课堂,让学生体验到成功,享受到快乐,实现授有所学,学有所思,思有所获。
In the process of university teaching,the use of teaching methods is very important,and reform and innovation is the sign of"Mr.Big".Only by constantly studying hard and enriching knowledge can teachers master the basic skills of establishing morality and cultivating people.The traditional"duck feeding"and"reading aloud"teaching methods are the main culprits of educating students into"bow tribe".Centering on the improvement of the teaching method of"Mr.Big",we will continue to carry out the reform of the educational concept,and build a"people-oriented"flipped classroom with students as the"master",ability improvement of"Mr.Big"as the guide,and the discussion teaching method as the switch,so that students can experience success,enjoy happiness,and achieve teaching,learning,thinking,and thinking.
