摘要：为提升贵州对外开放活跃度和投资开发吸引力,精确把握贵州投资布局、完善扩大开放,精准引进战略投资者、培育壮大外贸经营主体。构建贵州省投资潜力综合指标体系,利用熵值法测算贵州省投资潜力综合水平,归纳贵州省各市(州)地区投资潜力空间格局特点及其影响因素。首先,贵州省各市(州)地区投资潜力空间格局属于极核模式,贵阳作为省会,拥有绝对的优势,远远领先于其他各市(州)地区,贵州省投资潜力低的市(州)地区比例较大,区域发展不平衡,地区差异较大。其次,贵州省各市(州)地区投资潜力空间格局呈现出以贵阳为中心,往北重庆方向的重点开发轴,往西南昆明方向的重点开发轴,往东南广西方向的重点开发轴。贵州省各市(州)地区投资潜力空间结构成三足鼎立之势。最后,科技禀赋、基础设施禀赋、资本禀赋、人力禀赋对贵州省各市(州)地区投资潜力的影响各异,科技禀赋集聚贵阳,创新驱动下贵州省区域间发展差距将会进一步拉大,因此应因地制宜,引导省内省外、国际国内要素有序流动、资源高效配置、市场深度融合。
In order to enhance activity degree of opening to the outside and the attractiveness of investment and development in Guizhou,it is necessary to grasp the investment structure of Guizhou,improve the opening policies,and introduce the strategic investors with precision,and cultivate and expand the main body of foreign trade business,this paper constructs the comprehensive index system of Guizhou investment potential,intends to summarize the spatial pattern of investment potential of various cities(states)in Guizhou Province and its influencing factors.(1)The spatial pattern of investment potential in each city(state)area of Guizhou Province belongs to the nuclear model.Guiyang has the absolute advantage as the provincial capital,and is far ahead of other cities(states)and the low investment potential of Guizhou.(2)Technology agglomeration gathered in Guiyang,driven by innovation in Guizhou Province,regional development gap will be further widened.(3)Guizhou Province investment potential spatial pattern showing a focus on the development of Guiyang as the center,and three axes,which are the northern direction of Chongqing development axis,the southwest direction of Kunming development axis,the southeast direction of Guangxi development axis.Guizhou Province investment potential space structure has one core and three pillars trend.The influence of technological endowment,infrastructure endowment,capital endowment and human endowment on the investment potential of each city(state)in Guizhou Province is different,and the advantages and disadvantages of each province(state)in Guizhou Province are analyzed.
