摘要:An efficient and environmental protocol for the arylation of benzoxazoles with phenylglyoxylic acids promoted by base has been developed. This protocol provides expedient access to substituted 2-aryl benzoxazoles with CO2 as the only byproduct. The present transformation provided high yields at a relatively low temperature and tolerated chloro-, bromo-, fluoro-, and methoxy-groups, even heterocycles.
