摘要:为更好地给矿床开采提供安全的工作场所,实现矿山绿色环保及可持续发展,进行了某矿充填系统的设计与应用研究。结果表明:全尾砂浆经气动液化搅拌均匀后,与水泥混合坍落度约250~270 mm、浓度为70%~72%的高浓度充填料浆,呈现出流态良好的结构流体,黏稠状料浆在管道中流动时对管道磨损很小,流入采场后充填料浆扩散良好,无局部堆积与水砂分离情况发生,分仓进砂后尾砂沉降效率大幅提高,制备出的合格充填料浆充入采空区后,围岩受力环境明显改善,原有的地压显现得到有效抑制,该技术的实施为矿山绿色开采提供了有力保障。
This paper studies the design and application of the cemented tailings filling system to realize green environmental protection and sustainable mining development.The results show that a high concentration filling slurry when the whole tail mortar is uniformly stirred by pneumatic liquefaction,with slump and concentration reaching250?270mm and70%?72%respectively.In a state of well structured fluid,the viscous slurry flows through the pipe and wears very little against the pipe.After is inflow to the stope,the filling slurry is well dispersed and no local accumulation occurs.When the qualified filling slurry is filled into the mined out area,the surrounding rock force environment is obviously improved,and the original ground pressure appearance is effectively suppressed.The implementation of this technology provides a powerful guarantee for green mining.
