摘要：全面从严治党是新一届中央领导集体对管党治党的总要求,打铁还需自身硬则是向世人的宣示和承诺。"自身硬"包括素质和能力两个方面。素质硬通过"五大建设"来实现,能力硬通过核心能力建设来达到。六大建设归结起来就是先进性纯洁性建设。根本目的是为了炼就"金刚不坏之身",从而在具有许多新的历史特点的伟大斗争中,真正担负起坚持和发展中国特色社会主义伟大事业领导核心的重任。
Comprehensively strengthening the party discipline is the new generation of central leadership＇s general requirement of managing the party. To forge iron, one must be strong, which is their announcement and commitment to the world. ＂Be strong＂ includes two aspects, which are quali-ty and capability. Strong quality and capability are separately achieved by ＂Five Major Developments＂ and core competence construction. Six major developments come down to the construction of advancement and purity. The fundamental goal is practicing to be ＂indestructible＂ , therefore, in the great combats that has many new historical characteristics, they can undertake the responsibility of up-holding and developing core leadership of the great cause , which is socialism with Chinese character-istics.
